What Does Selection by Super Lawyers Mean?
Super Lawyers is considered one of the most comprehensive legal ranking organizations in the country. It uses peer nominations, client feedback, and a rigorous multiphase selection process to determine which attorneys lead their practice area and region. The selection process measures different indicators of professional success, like verdicts and settlements, awards and honors, pro bono and community work, and scholarly contributions.
In addition to the annual Super Lawyers list, which honors the leading attorneys in each region and area of practice, the Super Lawyers team also curates an annual list of the “Rising Stars” based on similar criteria. In order to qualify as a Rising Star, a lawyer must be under the age of 40 while still maintaining an impressive reputation among their peers.
