Sarah J. Foster

Sarah is an attorney at Schlesinger, and has concentrated her practice in the firm’s mass torts unit, which focuses on complex litigation involving medical devices, defective drugs, tobacco, and other consumer products. In addition, Sarah represents victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death resulting from motor vehicle crashes, medical malpractice, and premises liability.

Sarah brings to the Schlesinger team not only a law degree, but an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences. She draws upon her medical knowledge in litigating cases against medical device manufacturers and cases involving medical negligence. Sarah finds her passion in representing clients in an effort to obtain the compensation they need and deserve.

Since joining Schlesinger as an attorney in 2019, Sarah has successfully tried several federal product liability cases, resulting in jury verdicts of $3,550,000.00 and $500,000.00, respectively. In less than 5 years as an attorney, Sarah has been nationally recognized for her achievements by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.

Sarah is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
