Jeffrey L. Haberman

Jeffrey Haberman is a senior attorney at Schlesinger Law Offices, P.A., where he represents individuals and communities harmed by dangerous products and corporate misconduct. With more than 15 years of experience, Jeff prosecutes all facets of complex product liability and class action litigation, and he has first-chaired trials in federal and state courts across the country.

Jeff has taken on some of the largest pharmaceutical, medical device, agrochemical, and defense and aerospace companies in the world. He has served as first-chair trial counsel in multi-week pelvic mesh trials against Johnson & Johnson in the Northern District of West Virginia and the Southern District of Florida, and in a metal-on-metal hip implant trial against Johnson & Johnson in the District of Arizona. He has also first-chaired a defective robotic surgical device trial against Intuitive Surgical in the Middle District of Georgia and a multi-week Roundup trial against Monsanto in St. Louis, Missouri. On behalf of hundreds of Palm Beach County property owners, Jeff led litigation against a major defense and aerospace company that was successfully resolved after nearly 15 years.

His practice covers defective drugs and medical devices, tobacco products, Roundup exposure, toxic torts, and national class actions. Jeff handles every stage of a case, from pleadings, discovery, and expert development through Daubert hearings, trial, and appeal. His work has produced multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients, including more than $55 million in settlements in 2026 alone.

Jeff earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where his note on child custody and rabbinical courts was published in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. He holds a B.A. in History from Columbia University and a B.A. in Talmud from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America.
